Notes brings an enlightened sense of modernity to a classic plain weave. Relaxed but elegant, Notes is a 54” wide upholstery fabric with an abrasion resistance of 100,000 double rubs (Wyzenbeek, cotton duck) and passes CAL 117. It’s also bleach-cleanable and features Brentano’s cross-linked stain-resistant finish Tri-sistant, making this fabric a necessary standard for all manner of projects.
It seems to be a simple plain weave, but because both the warp and weft have a twisted gimp yarn, it has a beautiful organic look, giving Notes a sense of subtle beauty and a soft, inviting hand.
